VP, Security Operations and Threat Management
Dave St. Clair is a Vice President for the Allstate Corporation. He is responsible for security operations, vulnerability management, threat intelligence and threat management that protects Allstate’s information from cybersecurity threats. Dave leads Allstate’s Global Security Operations Team and serves as the site Officer for its Charlotte Talent Center.
Dave works with leaders across Allstate to create and deliver business solutions to keep customer information secure and protect the Allstate brand. In this role, Dave has responsibilities for growing Allstate’s global Security Operations Centers and ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of customer and corporate information in compliance with its policies.
Prior to his promotion to Vice President in 2017, Dave successfully led a wide range of organizations with various disciplines in operations, infrastructure, data center, application delivery and client management. He served as a driving force in strengthening the availability and stability of Allstate’s applications by advancing a global community of excellence for product support.
Dave and his wife Dana have two children, Cale and Leah. He joined Allstate in 1987 in the Roanoke, Virginia Regional Operations Center after graduating from Bridgewater College with a degree in Business Administration. While in college, he was a four-year starter on the varsity football team and served as Class President for two years. Dave is an alumnus of the Finance for Executives program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and participated in the Midwest Regional Leadership Executive Program. Dave also sits on the board for the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance.
