Derek Wang

Derek Wang is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder at Stratifyd, an AI-powered customer data analytics company based in Charlotte, NC. Wang founded Stratifyd after years of experience in research science, machine learning and analytics, and following his professorship in Computer Science at UNC Charlotte. While doing government-funded research, Wang and the founders of Stratifyd realized the impact of AI and how it could ingest, analyze, create visualizations of unstructured data, and ultimately be made actionable. Wang currently leads Stratifyd’s expanding team of 40 employees by making strategic decisions and encouraging growth at all levels.
