On April, 29th, UNC Charlotte’s College of Computing and Informatics (CCI) honored its own at the 2019 Faculty-Staff Awards. The gathering, which either signalled the end of the year of the start of summer featured a picnic theme and even a rap in celebration of another great year.

In addition to announcing several promotions ans reassignments, a full slate of annual award awards recipients were announced:

Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching Award: Eric Saule Outstanding Faculty Research Award: Aidong Lu Excellence in Graduate Teaching Award: Xi “Sunshine” Niu Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award: Martin Gutierrez Excellence in Graduate Teaching Award – Adjunct Faculty: Gibson Grosse Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching Award – Adjunct: Pamela Thompson Outstanding Staff Award: Gina Kelley Check out the PHOTO GALLERY.
