Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Technicians from the OneIT Desktop Support group keep regular hours and work out of Woodward 313. Staff will be monitoring and responding to helpdesk tickets and help@uncc.edu requests during our normal hours of operation.
Note: Hours may vary due to special holidays, semester breaks and events, scheduling, and client assistance that requires that all technicians are out of the office.
