CCI Student Professional Development
CCI Professional Development activities are designed to help students gain confidence in communicating their experiences and skills to potential employers through workshops and events led by industry professionals and alums. Additionally, these programs are designed to help students build networking contacts as they seek opportunities. Those who participate indicate an increase in understanding about industry topics, the work of various roles, as well as a better understanding of how to apply transferable skills with their technical knowledge to achieve their goals.

Senior Send-Off
Monday, April 27, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Armored Cow Brewing
The GOLD Alumni Network and the University Career Center invite you to join us for Senior Send-Off! Come celebrate becoming official members of the Alumni Association with free food, drinks, networking, games and door prizes. Remember to bring your Niner Card to check-in.
Graduates who register for Senior Send-Off will receive one (1) complimentary drink ticket and one (1) food voucher for one of three on-site food trucks (Hot Tamale, Chef Kenny’s Kitchen, Holy Moly Burgers).

Cyber Resilience Foundry – May 11-14
Atrium Health Ballpark, Kannapolis, NC
Kraft Kennedy is looking for IT and Cyber college student volunteers to assist with set up and facilitation of the event. The students will be able to interact with Vendors in the IT and cyber security space along with networking with MSP leaders and security advisors. They will also be included in the workshops as assistance to help facilitate and they are also included in the group dinners. Great networking opportunity.
