Overrides and authorizations for CCI courses

Students may use this form to submit override / authorization requests for CCI (i.e., ITSC / ITCS / ITIS / BINF) courses. Students will have to choose one of the following types of authorizations:

• Authorization to repeat a course for which the student has previously received a passing grade (i.e., D or above)

• Override of major / minor or class restriction (e.g., requirement of Junior / Senior standing)*

• Other (for special circumstances requiring authorization)*

*For override of major / minor or class restriction and for other types of authorization, students must provide a clear justification, which the college will consider when making a decision on whether to approve or not.
