Job Title: Sales Engineer/Product Specialist
Department: Sales
Reports To: Chief Sales Officer
The Sales Engineer/Product Specialist is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process working with hospitals, health systems, and physician practices. The Sales Engineer/Product Specialist is responsible for presenting the technical aspects of PMMC’s product offerings and architecture working closely with the Sales, Product Engineering, and the Project Management Team. Primary market is healthcare systems (organizations with three facilities or more) and 300-plus bed hospitals.
Job Title: Implementation Analyst (Level 1-3 based on experience)
Department: Technical Services
Reports To: Technical Services Manager
A leading global healthcare services and information technology company is seeking to fill Implementation Analyst position for product integrations assignment. Implementation Analyst position for product integration assignment will be remote and require no travel. The Implementation Analyst will provide post-sales technical expertise during the installation, implementation and maintenance of company products. Implementation Analyst will be involved in implementing detailed customer installation specifications and requirements. Implementation Analyst will need to ensure that client’s needs have been met and that the product/solution is fully functioning according to specification.
Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Department: Business Intelligence
The Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with various external and cross-functional teams such as clients, product, marketing, sales, development and operations to develop and deliver metrics, analyses, solutions, and insights, with actionable recommendations to business partners. Successful BI Analysts are business savvy, exhibit technical acumen, and possess a passion for making an impact through creative research/storytelling and timely actions. This is a full-time position at 40 or more hours per week.
Job Title: Data Analyst II
Department: Technical Services
Reports To: Technical Services Manager
The Data Analyst must be able to analyze, test, validate, import, ongoing processing and maintenance of claims and payment data for assigned PMMC clients. This includes having and maintaining a working knowledge of all PMMC products and the various department processes to work and support PMMC clients. The Data Analyst reports to the Director of Systems Integration, as well as takes direction from other senior level team members, and works in conjunction with other departments within PMMC. The Data Analyst understands best practices to ensure that data is accurate and delivered and processed on a timely basis internally and to PMMC clients using PMMC products.
